Report a Repair in Your Building
If you live in a building managed by Rent My Block, you can report a repair online at any time. Our system logs your request, sends it to the right contractor and keeps you updated until the job is complete.
What you can report: leaks, heating and hot water problems, communal lighting, door entry systems, lifts, roofs, gutters, and damage to shared areas.
Tips for a faster repair:
- Add photos of the problem
- Tell us exactly where it is (flat number, floor, communal area)
- Let us know when you can give access
Emergency? If there is a risk to safety, such as a major leak, a gas smell or an electrical hazard, call us straight away on 0113 517 8180. For a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.
